People say I'm:The master of the red herring. I have practiced architecture since 1963 having studied at the Architectural Association and the Oxford School of Architecture, which apart from automobile, aeroplane, steam locomtive, furniture, glass, porcelain and yaght design has been the love of my life. I have also contiued to enjoy painting in watercolour, making furniture and making and designing gardens. I am thought of as having a strong sense of humour, a loathing of Socialism, because it always produces the exact opposite of it's supposed aims. Conservatism so called, has lost its way, Liberalism has become an excuse for greed. I have always attempted to help people who are worse off than me by getting to know people who are better off than me. I like to feel that I can be relied on to be honest and have no prejudices whatever concerning race or sexual preferences, in fact I do not believe there is such a thing as 'race' I believe that it is an invention to justify European colonialism around the 1800s. I think that people see me as 'tolerant' but seem to expect me to be pro capital punishment. Well I think that 95% of murders should not lead to capital punishment, but there are some murderers that are so sub-human even sub-animal that this sword of damocles should be available to do its job. People like Mugabe, Hitler, Stalin etc responsible for endless cruelty. I have a lifelong love of nature in all its guises and am appalled at the continual destruction of forests animals etc.

Describe Yourself:Belonging as I do to a somewhat erratic family whose fortunes have been going up and down since around 1066, my brother still has a farm across which William !s army marched before defeating the Saxons. Sheep farming, stone masons and crusading took up most of the middle ages and has continued similarly until now. Growing up as I did during World War II, I still feel gratitude to the USA and Canada who saved the UK from Hitler's domination, since the UK had lost the plot industrially speaking. Without Marshall aid the country would have been bankrupt. This meant no luxuries which was an excellent thing. We had to make our entertainment and use our initiative to learn about life, make our own models, toys etc. on entering Architectural school, Le Corbusier, Frank Lloyd Wright, Mies van de Rohe and Gropius were the 'prophets' of the 'Modern' movement the assumed foundations of a new 'enlightened' age. This did not stop me from having a deep interest in all historic styles. I love London and have lived here for more than 40 years. At 18 I enjoyed various forms of motorcycle racing, and successively owned 9 sports motorcycles. Tuberculosis at the of 21 interrupted my student progress and led to study at Oxford instead of London. My first jobs oddly were designing various Night Clubs in Spain. These werte innovative, highly enjoyable and gave access to an endless stream of exotic girls from all over the world. Back in London my contacts gave rise to a number of fashionable restaurants, including Chinese and Indian. This in turn led to the occasional private house design, and a string of car showrooms for the exotic end of the car market. I am still fascinated in the process of evolving new styles in architecture and note that UK architects are very much at the forefront of advanced design. The encouragement of the protection of wildlife and forests and new developments in farming and looking after the countryside environment and sustainable methods of producing energy and of saving the planet matter to me above all, and learn how to truly love and care for ones fellow human beings and animals we owe a responsibilty towards having domesticated them and thus deprived them of their natural abilities to survive in nature.
